We’ll start by discussing your colour palette and favourite flowers, tailoring the choices to the season. The time of year will shape the aesthetic, so we’ll pick the best seasonal blooms to add natural beauty to your special day. Whether you want to highlight an ornate staircase, a charming doorway, or an outdoor ceremony, we’ll show you the best ways to make the most of your venue’s features.

Budget and Proposal

Discussing your budget early on is important. Most people haven’t purchased large quantities of flowers before, so it’s helpful to know that the cost covers more than just the blooms. It includes transport, planning, design, setup, and the work of our dedicated team over several days. We’ll prepare a detailed proposal and request a 30% deposit to secure your date, with the remaining balance due eight weeks before your celebration.

Finalising Details and Delivery

About three months before your wedding, we’ll refine all of the details, finalising your colour scheme and any necessary additions. We’ll deliver everything to your venue the day before or on your wedding day, and we can arrange for bouquets to be delivered to your accommodation if needed. Three days before

We receive your flowers and begin the conditioning process. This involves unwrapping each bloom, stripping away leaves and guard petals, and allowing the flowers to rehydrate in buckets of water.

Two days before

With the flowers fully hydrated and starting to open, we begin designing your arrangements. This includes table settings, urns, meadow aisles, bud vases, and other floral elements. We prepare all vessels in advance, cleaning them and filling them with reusable mechanics to securely hold the flowers in place. In the evening, we cut and condition any native foliage that will be used for larger decorative pieces, such as a ceremony arch or hanging installations.

One day before

We create the personal bridal party flowers, including bouquets, buttonholes, corsages, and hair and cake flowers. Everything is carefully packed into crates and boxes to ensure it remains pristine. We prepare the toolkit, candles, and candlesticks, and carefully load our vehicles. We position everything meticulously, keeping every piece pristine for the journey. We get a little bit excited! Once at the venue, we carefully position and construct the larger floral pieces, ensuring everything is perfect for your wedding day, so you can focus on the small matter of getting married.

The Main Event

On your wedding day, we’ll start bright and early, carefully transporting all floral arrangements to the venue. We’ll deliver the personal bridal party flowers at a pre-arranged time, ensuring everything is perfect with a final check before the ceremony. Once everything is in place, we’ll step away, returning later to reset the room for your reception.

The day after your wedding, we’ll come back to remove all flowers and inventory from the venue. Venue staff often request an early arrival to ensure a smooth transition for their next event, so if you’d like to keep any flowers, let’s discuss it in advance. We’ll also coordinate the return of any vessels to our workshop within ten days.
