Dried Autumnal Wreath
As the summer months begin to tail off into autumn those of an optimistic nature still aspire to a few more alfresco meals beside the fire pit albeit wrapped in more more garments as the nights cool, wouldn’t it be nice to adorn your seating area, patio or door with an incredible dried decoration? We’ve been harvesting honesty, picking seed pods, drying achillea and alstroemeria, larkspur and delphiniums all for the purpose of including in autumnal wreaths. Equally at home indoors as well as a welcoming door decoration we’ll show you how to craft a beautiful, delicate but wild dried wreath. Some call these ‘everlasting flowers’ we prefer to term them ‘last as long as you want them to flowers’. Ultimately a warm up to the winter wreath season, your door could be adorned with a dried wreath which can be brought indoors or stored until you are feeling suitably festive enough to replace it with an evergreen version.
